Creekside Park Woodlands Home For Sale
Creekside Park is the newest and final of The Woodlands’ eight villages. Located between Gosling Road and Kuykendahl Road south of Spring Creek, Creekside Park is the only village located in Harris County and the children of residents will attend the highly acclaimed Tomball Independent School District.
Homes in all price ranges, starting in the $200s, will be built in Creekside and the Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course is located in the Carlton Woods Creekside gated neighborhood. The main entrance for Creekside Park is located off Gosling Road and the neighborhood currently under construction is Wilde Creek.
What makes Creekside Park unique are the expansive areas of parklands, more than 1,850 acres, which makes it the largest park in the greater Houston area. Lakes and ponds, an aquatic center, sports fields and miles of hike and bike trails are an integral part of the park. Hiking, camping, swimming, fishing, kayaking and canoeing, mountain biking, birding and other ‘natural’ activities are encouraged in Creekside Park.
After construction is complete there will be 13 communities centered around water features and parks. Lake Paloma (‘dove’ in Spanish) covers 72 acres flowing east to west in Creekside Park.
Because it is so new there are no MLS listings yet for homes in Creekside Park so for the most current information on builder showcase homes or floorplans, contact Sara directly and she will be happy to furnish you with the latest news and updates on construction in the area.
