Hi, I’m Sara Duckett and I live and work in The Woodlands. I am a native Texan… I was raised in Houston and have lived all over the city… but I finally settled down in The Woodlands about 8 years ago with my family and I am very happy that I did!

I am a Woodlands specialist, but I do know all areas of the city having been raised in Houston and I can easily assist you in finding the perfect home or condo in whatever part of town you are interested in.

As a resident of The Woodlands I shop here, dine in the many fine restaurants here, attend outdoor concerts at the Pavilion, have a glass of wine with friends at the wine bar in Market Street and stroll along the Waterway at Town Center in the evenings. I love it here and I think you will, too. The parks and walking trails are amazing and there are so many outdoor activities for you and your family to enjoy year round.
